By accessing and using HausGans services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

HausGans provides legal services and consultation. All services are provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees will be agreed upon prior to engagement. Payment terms are net upon invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
4. Confidentiality
HausGans maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with GDPR and professional legal standards. We will not disclose information without explicit consent unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
HausGans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in compliance with GDPR. Your data is stored securely and used only for service delivery and legal compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, documents, and materials provided by HausGans remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable German law and the laws of the European Union.
